R Property Management, Inc. (RPM) was founded on April 1, 2008, as a Community & Condo Association Management Firm. RPM began proudly serving Rutherford and Davidson County as a family owned and operated professional management firm. R Property Management, Inc. specializes in full service Homeowner Association Management; exclusively managing specially selected communities.

Continuing education is imperative to efficiently managing community and condo associations. Therefore, R Property Management, Inc. is a proud member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and educated on conducting business meetings in accordance with the “Roberts Rules of Order-Parliamentary Procedures”. Any community manager for our associations is designated with the community associations institute (CAI) and holds the professional designation of “Certified Manager of Community Associations” (CMCA) title by Community Association Managers International Certified Board (CAMICB).

As a locally owned and operated family business, RPM strives to build a better community during and after business hours. Our firm offers a 24 hour on call services, should you find your community in need of immediate assistance after normal business hours, we can be reached at 615-542-4467.
